FAQ

1.  How much do you charge for shipping?  Do you charge sales tax?  Is postal insurance available?
We ship all purchases through USPS Priority Mail.  As of June 2010, we have flat rate shipping of $5.00 within the continental United States.  We are required by law to collect 6% sales tax on all items being shipped to a Pennsylvania address.  If you are local to me, we can arrange for pickup.  We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged by the USPS.  Postal insurance is available at the actual cost upon request.

2.  How do I update my shipping/billing information?

3.  When am I charged for my purchase?
You are charged immediately upon placing your order.

4. When do kits begin shipping?
Your purchase will be shipped within 48 hours of your order.

5.  Do you ship internationally?
Yes!  International customers pay actual USPS shipping costs, plus a $2.00 handling fee.  You will be charged $5.00 upon checkout and then I will send you a paypal invoice for the balance.  We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items shipped internationally.  Insurance is available at the actual cost upon request.

6.  What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through paypal, VISA, and Mastercard.

7.  Do you offer ideas and examples using the monthly kits?
Yes!  Each month the design team will upload their creations to the Gallery.  You can also view layouts with step by step instructions and layout/project examples on the Blog.  In addition, a newsletter is included with each monthly kit, providing ideas, sketches, techniques and tips.

8.  Do accept returns or offer refunds?
All sales are final.  Please notify us immediately if your order is damaged or incorrect.
